Go Ape Goes Mobile
We’re Out and About This Summer.
Go Ape is going mobile in 2012 and you’ll be able to join us all over the UK. It is a little taste of our Tree Top Adventures, which are set high up in the trees.
Our new Go Ape Mobile Playground is designed for mini Tarzans – don’t forget it’s just a taster of our Tree Top Adventures & Tree Top Junior.
Just like our Tree Top Junior adventure, you’ll need to be 1 metre tall to enjoy our Mobile Playground.
We swung by Keswick Mountain Festival to start off our season. We’re pretty sure we had as much fun as the hundreds of Baboons that made their way round our obstacles.
Ronnie and Tom tell their story from Keswick. We saw lots of you this weekend at Keswick Mountain festival and by the sounds of it you all enjoyed having a go on our first ever Mobile Go Ape.
Thursday was the first time our course had ever been put together, and it flew up with the help of our great construction team. After an excited nights sleep, we were looking forward to welcoming you all on our course Friday 
morning.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday flew by and the sun even shone for us at times. Hundreds of young Baboons and a handful of Gorillas enjoyed our busy Mobile Go Ape and everyone loved it.
Sunday night, after the last baboon had swung round the last obstacle, the work had only just begun. Let the deconstruction commence, 150 bolts and 40m of rolled wire later our 1.6 tonne mobile course was mobile once again.
So keep your eyes peeled – you might see us around. It’s just £5 to enjoy this adventure. Here’s where our Mobile Playground is heading in 2012:
