The adventure doesn’t need to stop there. Get off the beaten track and enjoy our latest forest adventure with Go Ape Forest Segway – an epic NEW experience with a down to earth twist.
And Black Park is also home to our Tree Top Junior Adventure for Mini Tarzans. Release your little monkeys onto a Go Ape course designed for them. No one loves adventure more than kids!

We’re a great option for a ‘never to be forgotten‘ birthday party. If you’d like food after Tree Top Junior just email San Remo cafe (louise.noakes@hotmail.co.uk) and we can supply sandwiches and treats.

Or extend your day and get on our bikes. Go Ape Forest Biking is a great way to make the most of your day after you’ve swung in the trees. You won’t be able to book our bikes online – just head to the cabin. Forest Biking will be open from February half term.

Please ensure you bring loose change for the car park – we do not supply change at the cabin.

Feedback from Black Park Country Park

Take a look at what some of our tribe have said about their time in the forest. It’s always good to hear it straight from the Gorilla’s mouth (…and we’re proud to say it’s totally unedited!) And why not have a peek at what people are saying about us on Trip Advisor.

All of it.

We took 5 under 10s for the Junior adventure for my daughter's 10th birthday and they loved it - we adults went up too, and were impressed with how good the Junior course was - we were slightly expecting it to be a little bit lame, but it was pretty high up and some of those crossings were definitely a challenge! The kids raced ahead of us adults and went round the course lots of times, all determined to achieve the ultimate goal of not landing on your bum in the woodchips at the end of the zip wire, but hitting the ground running. All the kids managed it - it took us adults much longer! We brought a birthday picnic lunch for which we booked the shelter, and got Go Ape party bags as part of the package. The kids all commented on how nice it was that the things in there weren't "all rubbish and plasticky like normal party bags" - honestly, that's an eavesdropped quote! It was a great success, very well managed, easy to understand what to do, and frankly we struggled to get our little apes out of the trees and home!

I think we must of been one of the most age diverse group you have ever had with 13 of us ranging from 10 to 71! The staff who taught us and looked after us were very good, patient and knowledgeable. We all had a great time thank you!

Had a great time, however got quite a few splinters from the woodchip landing sites! A fun day out for families and friends.

I brought twelve children, who all had a fantastic time. Great service from start to finish. The guys on the course were really helpful, especially when one of the group got trapped!
