One of our highest adventures, close to a 2 million year old natural limestone cave.

Our Buxton Tree Top Adventure is set in the heart of the beautiful Peak District National Park and within walking distance of the historic Spa town itself. One of the best days out in Derbyshire, you’ll enjoy high ropes, a zip wire and much much more.

The Go Ape experience involves fun and adventure across up to six sites. Each site features our award winning high ropes, awesome crossings, tunnels, bridges and an epic wind-in-your-face zip wire to finish.

If you fancy yourself as a bit of an explorer, you could also visit the adjacent Poole’s Cavern, a 2 million year old, natural limestone cave. Now that’s ancient. There’s some epic activities in the beautiful Derbyshire and Go Ape is one of them.

the best day out ever and you also get one heck of a work out climbing those ladders (hardest bit) the best bit was being on that scared but excited adrenalin rush the whole way through.

First visit and I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, and to be honest, I was terrified. That's part of the reason I booked onto it online - less chance of me backing out of it on the day. The woman who welcomed us was amazing though. She could tell I was scared in the training area, kept talking to me whilst I was going across, and kept saying how well I was doing. There was never any pressure to hurry up or get out the way on each part of the course. The woman of us was even more scared than I was and the whole group were lovely about it. I soon relaxed into it, and although I might not have opted for the extreme routes on each one, I definitely felt like I had achieved something by the end of the three hours.I went from being nervous about heights and getting stuck halfway across something, to thinking zip lines are amazing. :)

Our experience at Buxton was indeed an adventure; the safety brief was formal but fun. Both my daughter and I felt safe and relaxed going into the course, with my daughter’s confidence being instilled by the very professional and encouraging instructor. It was fantastic climbing the trees and exhilarating on the zip wire. Be you ten or forty, this is a great shared experience.Well done to Daisy for remembering twenty names in a millisecond and being such a brilliant representative of your company!

We all had an excellent time. I was mortified to get myself "stranded" on the net after the Tarzan swing thing, but I was expertly "rescued". The kids of course had no such problems! I will try to be a bit fitter next time I come!I am cheating a bit in ticking value for money, as it was a birthday present for my kids from my mum, so the cost was not my concern...

Zipwires and the Tarzan swing were awesome. Just doing it and getting over my fear. Can't wait to go again.
