Our tree top adventure at the Forest of Dean gives you the opportunity to start living life a little more adventurously in a stunning setting. You’ll enjoy high-wires, Tarzan swings and wind-in-your-face zip wires in the great outdoors while taking in the beautiful views from the forest canopy.
Why not explore the Forest of Dean? Trust us, it’s one of the best days out in the area. You’ll enjoy spectacular views from the tree-tops but there’s also a great area to discover on foot or two wheels.

We're open from February to November, but we close our forest doors during December and January (...it gets a little chilly and we like to maintain our adventures so they're all ready to go in 2012).
Weekends in February and March
Plus we're open throughout February half term - that's the 13th - 17th February.
23rd March – 30th October daily.
Closed Monday (during term time).
Weekends only throughout November.

By car
Take the A48 to Blakeney and then follow the brown signs to Go Ape!
Our postcode (GL15 4HD) won't always take you to the exact location so it's best to ignore it and head to Blakeney then follow the (small) Go Ape signs to head up to the cabin. You'll need to keep your eyes peeled but this is the best way of getting to Go Ape.
Due to the rural nature of our locations, postcodes are not always accurate when using sat-nav directions. Please always cross reference with a map.

By train
The nearest railway station is at Lydney Station which is approximately 6½ miles from Mallards Pike Lake.
By bus
There are intermittent buses. Call Gloucester Travel Line on 01452 425 543 for more information.

With 17 miles of cycle track at Cannop Ponds just 2 miles from Go Ape, you can explore the forest on two wheels!
If you fancy finding your way round the forest on a canoe, then you can explore River Wye.
Or how does a trip on a llama sound? You can have a go at Woolaston.
Why not head to Clearwell Caves? A great underground experience 6 miles from Go Ape.
Whatever you feel like doing after Go Ape you can make a day of it at the Forest of Dean!
