Safety brief was muttered by a bored person who didn't inspire fun or excitement , but when talking to him later he was a really nice guy . Maybe he needs to work on his public speaking . Apart from that it was a fantastic experience . Thankyou from me and my adrenaline filled daughter .

I have always wanted to go and give it a try, so my girlfriend and I went Sunday 19th to your itchen valley location and had an amazing time! Had loads of fun, high heart and lots of excitement the whole time! So thanks very much! Would and have been recommending to friends ever since! Absolutely loved it!!!

Felt there could have been more staff around to help/encourage the younger members of the group. Upon arrival after initial registration we were left alone and not given info on kitting up until after about 10 mins I enquired as to what was happening then a member of staff came to us.

Climbing the ladders seems to be the hardest part (i must be getting old), waiting for your turn the most frustrating part but the sense of achievement at completing each section the most satisfying part.
