For the entrant to be a winner they must comply fully with the remaining terms and conditions set out below.

2.       The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom only age 18 and over.  Employees of Helly Hansen, their dealership, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.       Only one entry per person is allowed and third party or bulk entries will not be accepted.

4.       The prize is a full Helly Hansen “3 Layer System” of dress for two people. Which will include baselayer top and bottom, midlayer jacket and technical performance jacket and pant.

5.       Helly Hansen will liaise with winner to select suitable gear from the current range. Winner understands that preferences can only be accommodated subject to stock availability. Images used within the promotion are for illustration purposes only and there is no guarantee of these products being available.

6.       Helly Hansen or its dealers cannot be held responsible for entry forms that have been lost, delayed, incomplete, defaced or mutilated.  Helly Hansen cannot be held responsible for unavailability of the winner for notification.

7.        An independent third party will make the draw by 31st March 2012.  The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.       The winner will be notified in writing by 30th June 2012.

9.       Should the selected winner fail to respond within the designated period, another winner will be chosen at random.

10.   The prize may not be exchanged, is not transferable and no cash equivalent is available.

11.   Events may occur that render the draw itself, or awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond control of Helly Hansen UK Ltd. And the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to Helly Hansen UK Ltd., as a result thereof.

12.   It is a condition of entry that the winner will agree to participate in publicity, which may include taking part in photographs.
