Treetop Challenge

How far will you dare to go? With the option to adjust the difficulty of this high ropes course, you can crank it up each time you complete a lap of our Treetop Challenge. Even for the most adventurous, this is a high one - 15-metres to be precise. The Stirrups require all of your core strength as you wobble from one to the next, while the aptly named Mallards Ladder makes for a suitably tricky ascent. If you’re looking for fresh ways to push yourself this course includes a number of new challenges including the Tank Trap and The Shuffle – plenty to get the blood pumping for the ultimate adrenaline rush.

  • We had an amazing day yesterday (28/10/18) at our 1.30pm session at Go Ape in The Forest of Dean. We had loads of fun, and all the staff were really helpful, informative and friendly. We’re already considering visiting again soon if we can get a babysitter.

  • Absolutely fantastic day out, took my 2 children aged 14 and 12. My 12yo daughter was very nervous but the staff were at hand and eased her into it brilliantly! The best fun i have had had in ages (and i'm 39). Hats off to the staff, there were times my daughter needed a helping hand from the floor and they they had so much patience. Would highly recommend this day trip to anyone. Do not be put off by the price, its well worth it :)

  • Excellent fun for parents & teens. Lots of zip wires and other fun sections. We were at the Forest of Dean Go Ape centre which has a lake, cafe & car park right next to it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of signage as we didn’t approach it from Blakeney... something which could be easily fixed!

  • Our first time at goape. Myself and my daughter had a fantastic time at goape at mallard pike lake Forest of Dean. The staff where very helpful as it was our first time at goape and we where a little nervous but very excited and confident after training and going over the safety aspects with the rangers. We will definitely be paying another visit to goape
