What is Park Adventure?
New for 2018, Park Adventure features the latest harnessing technology that keeps you continuously attached, leaving you to focus solely on having a great time with your Tribe. Park Adventure can be found at Temple Newsam, Leeds and Alexandra Palace, London (currently level three only).
You’ll be introduced with a short training session and before you know it you’ll be on our custom-built aerial platforms taking on a range of crossings. Park Adventure features up to three levels, with differing heights and difficulties. Which one challenges your comfort zone?
- Level one – our lowest level loops, perfect for youngsters over 1m tall.
- Level two – level one, plus a taste of the higher loops for young but bold adventurers over 1.2m tall.
- Level three – the highest and hardest Park Adventure crossings for adults and thrill-seekers over 1.4m tall.

Suited perfectly for kids, level one is an unforgettable outdoor adventure park experience, ideal for young budding adventurers over 1m in height. Get ready for one hour featuring three different routes, where hundreds of great memories are waiting to be made. Expect to clamber and crawl across a variety of crossings complete with an awesome Zip Wire at the end of each loop. Some serious energy-burning fun awaits, with smiles all round guaranteed. Level one can be found at Temple Newsam, Leeds.
Younger adventurers over 1.2m tall – this one’s for you. Totalling 1.5 hours, you’ll absorb all of the fun of level one, before climbing through the Fisherman’s Trap to progress upwards to some of our higher and more daring crossings. This is the perfect way to experience a taste of our more challenging loops, packed with a sense of reward and achievement. Level two is available at Temple Newsam, Leeds.
Level three is a favourite among the adults, catering for bold and daring adventurers over 1.4m tall. If you don’t shy in the face of 15m high platforms, free-fall Tarzan Swings and high-speed Zip Wires, this one’s ideal for you. It also features The Plummet, a new addition reserved only for the bravest adventurers – a 40 foot sheer drop. Level three lasts 2-3 hours, with crossings designed to put your strength, determination and nerve through their paces. Know before you go
Is it safe?
Whilst there is inevitably a small risk of injury when undertaking such activities, all participants receive a safety briefing from a trained instructor at the start and any risk of injury has been minimised to the best of our ability. Go Ape are fully insured, we hold £10m of public liability insurance covering all of its courses.
Can I bring a camera?
Phones and cameras are permitted at most sites, as long as they always stay attached to the participant. Lanyards are available to buy from the cabin, subject to availability. Battersea Park operates a no camera policy on the course.
