Inclusivity at the Heart of Our Recruitment

We are proud to be a Level 1 Disability Confident Employer, with a Glassdoor Diversity and Inclusion rating of 4.8 out of 5 – well above the industry average for a company of our size.

We are committed to giving everyone a fair chance. That’s why we offer interviews to all applicants who meet the minimum criteria for a role, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic background, religion or belief.

The only time we might not offer an interview to all applicants meeting the minimum criteria is if we receive an exceptionally high number of applications. In those cases, we invite those who most closely match the role’s requirements.

Our goal is to create a recruitment process that is as inclusive and fair as possible.

"Having never been in a job like this, and with no climbing or ropes experience I did not really expect to be successful, however my experience in customer service worked to my advantage on the day of the interview and after what I remember to be an exciting and warm interview with the manager at the time, I was offered a position. I found the training package as an instructor really informative and thorough. The support I had from the team in my first few years was exceptional."
