On a family weekend we completed the Treetop adventure (ages 12,17,43 and 70) which was great fun. Our littlest aged 8 did the junior treetop adventure with mum and felt the zip wire was perfect! We returned on day 2 to try Segway but unfortunately my 12 year old didn’t weigh over 7 stones so wasn’t allowed to go on. To say he was heartbroken and so sad, the staff were e so understanding and allowed us a full refund as none of us could have segwayed away from such a sad boy. I felt this was the most excellent customer service, caring and un-jobs-worthy. We will be back when he’s bigger!!
