Adventures in the Lake District

The Go Ape Lake District locations are just like our other sites, except they’re that bit more extreme!

Treetop Adventure, Treetop Adventure Plus and Treetop Challenge are choc-full of tricky obstacles and zip lines – and suitable for everyone over 1m tall. Go Ape Grizedale is home to the exclusive Zip Trekking Adventure, 3km worth of zip lines with phenomenal scenic views.

Go Ape Whinlatter also hosts our customers’ favourite Forest Segway experience with dramatic views of Keswick, Derwant Water and the fells beyond from England's only true mountain forest.

The skills you need:

  • A ‘customer comes first’ attitude with drive and enthusiasm to achieve customer WOW!
  • Be safety conscious, with a professional outlook.
  • Able to work under own initiative without supervision, though there’s always someone around if you do need support.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic team player who’s able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment.
  • Must like working outdoors and have a good head for heights.
  • Dedicated individuals who will follow procedures carefully.
  • Be able to get to site with your own means of transport as our Lake District locations are remote.
  • Be able to perform all physical duties (with reasonable adjustments where required)
