Feedback from Newcastle

Take a look at what some of our tribe have said about their time in the forest. It’s always good to hear it straight from the Gorilla’s mouth (…and we’re proud to say it’s totally unedited!)And why not have a peek at what people are saying about us on Trip Advisor.

We had a great time ape-ing about! The weather was wet and we were a bit delayed because of an electric storm and thunder threatening BUT soon warmed up when we got going. My favourite bits were the zip wires, the scariest bit though was jumping off the highest platform and hitting the net which was still pretty high. We had to wait there as the queue backed up and listening to everyone screaming whilst we waited for our turn was psychologically off putting - nearly bottled it! BUT WOW! glad I didn't! We were impressed by the shoe rescue when a lost shoe was pulled up to its owner on its own little rope and pulley! Kept us amused whilst we waited for the queue to reduce.Would definitely recommend it to other OAP's but think we should qualify for a reduction/concession!

As it was the first time we had no idea what to expect. However, we were warmly welcomed by your staff and put at ease straight away thanks to Natalie, instructor assigned to us.To be able to go round the course on our own, at our own pace was brilliant, and it concentrated the mind when it came to safety lol.Altogether a fantastic day, it is impossible to say that any part really stood out from the rest but, if pushed we would have to rate the zip lines and the final tarzan swing as the highlights. Thanks Go Ape, can't wait to do it again!!!!!!

First time experience for me and three of the four tribe members, loved every minute of it and the rain certainly didn't spoil our day. Overall fantastic day and would love to do it again.

I booked over the phone and had a leaflet giving me a 5 pound voucher . I asked if we could spend it at the course and the chap said to ask at the site and that usually it is fine . The voucher number was put with the booking . We were however not able to use the voucher. My boys wanted to take part in the guess where the banana and coconut was . It was a pound and I asked if the 5 pound could be used for this . It was not possible - apparently the chap on the phone was wrong to say it could be spent on the day and that a voucher would be emailed to us. We have yet to receive a voucher even though we were told one would be sent .The pedantic excuses by the female manager at the end of the day left a negative impression about our experience with this Go Ape site.
