Took my little one to a Tree Top Junior experience for what seemed like a hundredth time this year. She absolutely loves it and keeps asking to come back, which I'm delighted to do. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as always. A great day out

We were having a birthday party for my son and booked 12 people - 4 of the party had started the course when I was told that because of the wind the whole thing was shutting down and I would get vouchers back - I was furious and with upset children who had not been on and we're getting freezing cold!! After a wait of about three quarters of an hour and they hadn't brought anyone down we were told they could now go ahead - the remaining children only could have about 15 mins on the course because they were getting picked up and also were really cold - the whole thing was really badly managed and it wasn't a party to remember I was really disappointed as other experiences have always been really good and we have been lots of times indeed my other son had his party there 2 years ago.

This my son's birthday treat with 4 eight year olds. Unfortuately the experience was spoilt as their were a number of children in other groups who could not progress around the course leading to log jams at various points. The result was that my son could complete the only 2 circuits..1 on the small and 1 on the bigger circuit. He was disappointed and frustrated. Hence my poor satisfaction and value for money scores.
Rated 3 Bananas Gemma - Tree Top Junior, on 23 November 2015
There were too many children on the course as a result there were significant hold ups resulting in my kids only being able to go around twice in 1.5hrs and they spent most of their time board waiting on a platform.

Slightly disappointed as the course was shut by the time we got there due to high winds and as we were only phoned 30 mins before we were due to start it meant a wasted journey, especially as some of our party were driving up from Chichester! I had phoned earlier in the morning to check as the weather was snowy and windy first thing but was told all was OK at Crawley! I totally understand the safety aspect and that weather conditions can change but a little more notice would have been useful. As it was, we were offered the junior course which was fun, thank you, but not what we'd booked and I had rather a deflated teenager whose party it was. It is tricky to rearrange a date on the spot when other parents are not there to confirm dates etc and so I felt compelled to take the junior course option so they could at least do something! Looks like we'll have to book again now and spend more as we now have 2 adult vouchers. Is there any chance of converting one of the adult vouchers into 2 children's (age 15) please? Thank you for your help and sorry to grumble as I think the whole 'Go Ape' idea is fab!
