The booking process was easy and the follow up emails were just right. The staff in the cabin and on the course were fantastic with both myself and my 4yr old daughter. As a 6ft man i'd say that you should maybe give more warning about the junior course being a bit awkward for grown ups. Maybe there should be a higher wire that the adults could connect to with the little folk connecting lower down.Absolutely brilliant experience though and my daughter loved it. Thank you.

I took my boys aged 12 and 22 for the first time. They loved the course and the activities. Everything was top notch . . . the staff even applied a 10% discount (your recent autumn offer) after I had paid the full price online when I arrived at the venue as I had overlooked it on the small print online. However, the whole experience was really badly let down by the queuing time. There were 16 people in our group!!! Both my boys said a group half that size would have just about been OK and I tend to agree with them. We started our safety briefing at 3.30 pm and handed our harnesses back in at about 18:45. Easily more than half of that time was spent standing at the foot of a ladder waiting for other members of our group to ascend and cross the course.I must admit that having experienced such delays I would have to think very hard indeed before booking again unless I could be assured we were part of a much smaller group.A shame really: it spoilt what would have been a really good day.

Good instructors. Too many people per session though, if there are slow points on a course r.g the massive tarzan swing at tilgate why not post an instructor there permenantly. Also we had some idiots on our session who found it really funny to wobble the platforms when we were standing on them. Not everyone is loving the whole being high up in a tree thing to begin with but this just made it more unpleasant then needed. I think if people do this they should get asked to leave.

A great day out,my second visit within six months, the first time I avoided two of the difficult routes, this time,I did all the difficult ones, there were a couple of young boys who were on section two and nervous, within a short time we had a long queue behind us,but the staff were quick to sort it,sending most of us on to the next section, and a staff member climbed up to help the boys out.

Only participate to accompany two children. Course was not designed for a large adult and this is not made clear in any information provided. Safety wire was below shoulder height and made all the obstacles uncomfortable and certainly not enjoyable to use. I have attended other about four other tree top walks not run by Go Ape and enjoyed all of them. This experience is one I want to forget, but probably unforgettable for all the wrong reasons and I know my sons noted that I was not very happy and they have now said that they don't want to return to Go Ape.
