There is something for the whole family at Alice Holt. Whether you’re wanting to ‘monkey around’ in cool adventure playgrounds, ride through the forest on the great bike trails or enjoy our ‘classic’ Tree Top Adventure, you’ll have a wonderful day out.
Alice Holt is home to our original Go Ape experience. We’ll brief you for safety before you fly down our zip-wires, leap off our Tarzan Swing and tackle our obstacles whilst enjoying some breathtaking scenery.
And not just that. You will be just an arrows flight from where the opening scenes of the Gladiator were filmed.

Times will vary on daylight hours…some adventures even open at 08:00 in the summer for those early birds!

We're open from February to November, but we close our forest doors during December and January (...it gets a little chilly and we like to maintain our adventures so they're all ready to go in 2012).
Weekends in February and March
Plus we're open during February half term - that's 13th - 17th February (closed Mon/Weds).
27th March – 30th October daily.
Closed Monday and Wednesday (during term time).
Weekends only throughout November.

Take the A325 from Farnham to Bucks Horn Oak and follow signs to Alice Holt Forest
Alice Holt Forest is only a 'stones throw' from Birdworld so you can follow these signs from the M3. You'll find Alice Holt just a couple of miles after Birdworld on the left hand side.
Due to the rural nature of our locations, postcodes are not always accurate when using sat-nav directions. Please always cross reference with a map.

By train
South West Trains operate a service from London Waterloo to Farnham.
By bus
Stagecoach operate a service which departs from Farnham Station and stops at Bucks Horn Oak Halfway House. From there it is a 15 minute walk to our course.

BEAR is inviting the Go Ape tribe to the Forest Games at Alice Holt Forest, Sunday May 27th, a free fun day out for families and friends of all ages. Play grrreat off the wall games like Flamin-golf, Ar-cherry and log limbo then get a medal, learn bushcraft and put your paws up for a picnic.
There'll be delicious BEAR fruit snacks for everyone on the day too! To join in you need to RSVP on the BEAR website www.bearnibbles.co.uk
