NORMANBY HALL ADMISSION CHARGE

 

The last thing we want is for you to run into unexpected costs on the day of your adventure. Book in advance to avoid an additional charge of £7 per adult and £4 per child aged 5 to 16.

 

Walking by? No worries! Pay the charge upon entry for Normanby Hall and get a refund at the Go Ape cabin. Happy days.

TREE TOP ADVENTURE

This tricky course takes around two to three hours to complete with Zip Wires, Tarzan Swings, Rope Ladders and more. Set over 7 metres high in the tree tops, spanning over 800 metres, you'll need nerves of steel to Go Ape like a pro and tackle this course with no hands. If you're new to outdoor adventure, we've got you covered with a range of crossings from easy to difficult.

Tree Top Junior at Normanby Hall is one of the best family places to visit come rain or shine. It's an hour of exploring and obstacles for kids and grown ups alike - that's right, even grown up gorillas can enjoy our junior sized high ropes course. Can you conquer the tricky fisherman traps?

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

  • parking is up to £3 for the day, bring some change. BOOK IN ADVANCE TO AVOID THE NORMANBY HALL ADMISSION FEE (£7 PER ADULT AND £4 PER CHILD AGEd 5 TO 16)
  • Wear sensible clothes for adventure
  • Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels.
  • Gloves are a good idea. Bring a pair or buy them at the cabin on the day.

Managed by North Lincolnshire Council, Normanby Hall Country Park is a beautiful 300 acre estate set in the heart of North Lincolnshire. Open to the public every day of the year, the park offers the perfect backdrop to your day out.

By Car 

Normanby Hall Country Park is situated north of Scunthorpe just off the A1077. 

It is easily accessible from the M180 and from Hull. It is signposted from the M180 and the Humber Bridge. 

By Train

The nearest train station is Scunthorpe which is 4 miles away. 

By Bus

Normanby Hall Country Park is accessible Monday to Saturday by public transport. Visit http://www.traveline.info for more information. 

Opening Times

Our forest doors at Normanby are open nearly all year around so there's plenty of time to live life adventurously. 

However, we usually close after early December as not only does it get a little chilly we like to give our adventures a little TLC during this time.
