1. Click/tap on the 'redeem a voucher' button below.
2. Select your location and activity.
3. Click 'book now'.
4. Select the number of participants, and then choose your session date and time.
5. When you get to the billing page, enter your gift experience code into the box and click 'apply'.
6. Complete your booking!

If you have received a monetary gift card, you can view your balance.

Virgin Experience Days

1. Click/tap on the 'redeem a voucher' button below.
2. Select your location and activity.
3. Click 'book now'.
4. Select the number of participants, and then choose your session date and time.
5. When you get to the billing page, look for "enter your Virgin Experience Days voucher number and pin code into the two boxes and click apply.
6. Complete your booking!

Things to Remember:

• Your voucher is valid until the expiry date printed on it.
• Your voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
• Your voucher cannot be used alongside other offers.
• If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a credit card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given, but the remaining amount will stay on your voucher, to use towards another adventure, or merchandise.
