If you’ve received a monetary gift card, you can also check your balance online.
If your voucher is from Virgin Experience Days, follow the steps below:

Choose your session date and time.
On the billing page, enter your Virgin Experience Days voucher number and PIN code into the boxes provided, then click ‘Apply’.

Your voucher is valid until the expiry date printed on it.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
Vouchers can’t be used alongside other offers or discounts.
If your booking costs more than your voucher value, you can pay the difference by card.
If it costs less, the remaining balance will stay on your voucher to use towards another adventure or Go Ape merchandise.
