Go Ape Moors Valley welcomes over 100k adventurers
This year Go Ape Moors Valley has helped more than 100k explorers to make their life more adventurous through their five high ropes, canopy and Segway experiences, suitable for all ages.
Moors Valley, is the first Go Ape site to pass this milestone mark, smashing the current record visitors at one location. Moors Valley site manager, Chris Swain said, “It’s an astronomical achievement to have welcomed over 100,00 explorers to our site this year from little ones on their first adventure to grandparents still living life to the max!
We’re so proud to continue providing safe adventures in these times and credit goes to our awesome team who have overcome all the challenges thrown at them and continue to help people experience safe and memorable adventures.”

Tiny tots (over 1 year), bigger kids and adults can get a taste for the trees on the Nets Adventure, a 2-story canopy-based experience with massive trampoline-like suspended nets and large inflatable balls for free play.
Explorers over 1m tall can clamber to new heights on Treetop Adventure, several loops of tree-to-tree crossings like the confidence building “button bridge” and the wobbly “walk the plank”, all ending with a 76m zip wire. Those looking for even more adventure (over 1.2m tall) can take on Treetop Adventure Plus, an additional loop of fun with higher platforms, more daring crossings and a solo 120m zipline!
Then there’s Treetop Challenge… the goliath of high ropes adventures! Prepare for five sites of fun filled forest exploration. Can you stick the landing on the massive 160m zip line – among many others? Are you brave enough to leap across the free-fall Tarzan swing? An unforgettable experience for adventurers over 1.4m.
Perhaps you prefer some ground-based fun? Forest Segways is the perfect option for those looking for a unique day out. First, you’ll be taught how to master the art of the Segway by Go Ape instructors and then you’ll be taken on a guided tour of the forest in a whole new way. Meander down Pine Avenue and take in the moorland views. It’s a treat for the sight and senses which will blow away any cobwebs.
