  • The kids had a fabulous time. All the staff were really friendly, kind, helpful and brilliant with the children. The only slight downside is that they let too many children (and their parents) on at the same time and this causes a air amount of delay at the platforms.

  • Good experience. Staff were great in assisting my little one whi was slightly scared Well done

    Stefan Brynard

  • My son had a great time in the trees with his friends...even though the weather was the wettest we’ve had in weeks all the children had a brilliant experience. The team at Alice Holt were very approachable and encouraged the children when they needed it - they all remembered their names to ..... We’ll definitely be back.

  • The team were excellent at Alice Holt with my son and his friends. Really considerate, understanding and really supportive. The kids had a fantastic morning.

    Brian Long

  • A good visit but slow progress put a dampener on things. Appreciate its difficult to compensate but when you get stuck to more than 20 minutes due to a child not liking the experience an refusing to move it disappoints you.

    Colin James

  • Fabulous fun.
