practical information

  • So kind and encouraging to my little girl when she lost her bottle at the zip line - in the end she did it 4 times!

  • Brilliant experience. Staff on the facility itself were excellent. I felt safe and secure throughout. Some facilities (toilets) were poor and dirty. Battersea site is poorly signposted and reception staff were a bit lacklustre and vague. Apart from that - good value and staff on the treetop area were superb

  • Excellent, my kids never get bored, highly recommend to everyone

  • Absolutely amazing!!! Had a fantastic time with my children , staff were great , very professional and friendly.

  • The course is great. The staff are polite, professional and friendly and take safety very seriously. My only gripe is, I've been to Battersea twice now and both times they're late in letting you on the course. We waited almost 20 mins to have our harnesses fitted, then had our safety talk. Then had to wait a further 10 mins at the foot of the stairs whilst a previous group discussed with the staff whether there was enough time to go on again. When we finally got on the course, over 30 mins after our booked time slot, we didn't have enough time to stay on the course for the full hour. We still had a great time but it would be better if people were harnessed up much quicker and taken on to the course at their designated time slot.
