We've got all views of the forest covered from ground level to tree level. Climb your way around Swinley Forest on the Challenge course & be prepared for 2-3 hours of tree-to-tree obstacles designed to get the adrenaline pumping and the heart thumping.

Children can take their first steps into the canopy on our Treetop Adventure course complete with a Treetop Adventure Plus extension for older children to really test their limits.

Prefer your fun on the forest floor? Book a Forest Segway experience for a unique hour spent cruising through the trees, there's nothing quite like it.

get the lowdown on Go ape Bracknell

Being owned by the Crown Estate we like to think Go Ape Bracknell has royal approval! It definitely has a sprinkling of magic dust as parts of the Harry Potter movies were filmed on location here.

Conveniently tucked amongst Reading, Farnborough, Maidenhead and Slough it’s the perfect antidote to busy living – a calm oasis for families to retreat to.

Swinley Forest stretches over 2,600-acres of gentle hills from Bracknell to Crowthorne. It’s a lovely place to explore on foot and it’s well known for its mountain bike trails.

There’s a 15-mile cycle network offering Green (beginner), Blue (intermediate) and Red (advanced) trails so something for the two-wheel adventurers and family riders too.

Bring your own bikes or you can hire from the Swinley Bike Hub.

Children can launch a hydrogen rocket, play with boats in the indoor stream or build a house with our friends in The Look Out Discovery Centre.

There is also a play area which is split into three parts – an inclusive area, infant play area and junior play area.

You can grab a drink and snack from the Coffee Shop and there are also lots of tables and benches surrounding the play area, if you’d rather bring a picnic!

  • My son celebrated his 10th birthday with friends and had a fabulous time. Would recommend and visit again.

    Rachel

  • Had a brilliant time. 2 adults 2 kids for my birthday. We did the junior treetop course. It was well organised and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

    Jennifer

  • Great day out with my son, who really enjoyed it. Good safety briefing and demo and helpful when I got into a tricky situation. Thank you.

  • My 6 year old has been wanting to go for ages and had a fab time. Quite a build up of kids in parts, he spent a good 10 minutes stood about at one point and another 10 minutes waiting to come down the zip line, so only managed the course 4 times around (twice easy and twice hard) but he thought it was brilliant regardless of waiting around time!

  • Briliant couple of hours in the trees at Bracknell. Excellent friendly staff too.
