What should I wear?

We suggest that you wear something you don’t mind getting grubby. Dress for the weather, so bring along a mac if it’s raining! Make sure your stomach area is covered. Please wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips. No sandals or slip-off shoes. You’ll need closed toe and heel shoes (with flat soles). Long hair must be tied back.

When do I need to arrive?

Make your way to the Go Ape cabin and be ready to get going on your Go Ape adventure at your booked time. Late arrivals that miss their session will be charged at full price.

Can I bring a camera?

Phones and cameras are permitted, as long as they always stay attached to the participant. Lanyards are available to buy from the cabin, subject to availability.

Amazing day. The whole thing was fantastic and the staff were above exceptional at dealing with our hen party group. A***** Website could give more details on what to expect but if you go prepared you'll be fine.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Leeds Castle

The staff were lovely throughout & so helpful. My 6 y/o daughter was scared to begin with & was coached from the ground until she became confident. She went on to complete both tracks & loved the zip wire. Without your lovely ladies, it could have been a very different day. Thank you.

I took my son for his 7th birthday along with 3 of his friends. They all were absolutely overwhelmed with the coarse and the photos that I took of then shown their pleasure. All of them agreed the Zip Wire was a favourite. Value for money, highly recommended

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Crawley

28th September 2016

Although my 8 year old son enjoyed his first Go Ape junior experience on the particular day we visited there were a large group of boy's also taking part at the same time as my son (a birthday party I presumed) and these boys were messing around and holding others up behind them including my son and no member of staff seemed to challenge these boys unfortunately leaving my son who was on his own a little annoyed as was not able to experience every part of the attraction within the hour allowed !!! I think a little more supervision from the staff would of been beneficial but on the whole my son enjoyed his first experience of Go Ape and would like to return soon.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Battersea Park

The experience was really great for both me and my 7 year old son who turned ape last saturday :) I was pleasantly impressed by the staff and the safety level of the entire experience. I found the gradual increase in difficulty right on. We would surelly be looking at maybe doing a birthday gig there next year. Thank you

FOREST SEGWAY, Black Park

28th September 2016

Whilst we are certainly not experts we have been on Segways a number of times previously with 'Go Ape'. The penultimate experience was very good, the leader split the group into two recognising the significantly varied experience levels. This last time however was very different. Despite the group being full, there were only two guides so we were not split. Interestingly when the main leader asked another member of staff at the briefing session if they were joining the group he responded in a particularly lethargic tone - 'no, I'm staying here'. There were more than enough staff "chilling" that could have joined the group to support, but appeared to be simply uninterested. As a result the session was particularly pedestrian, and frankly boring. Two of our group, despite never having done Segway before also found the session slow and boring. For what was £70 for us as a couple I found it dreadful value for money. We were very disappointed and frustrated by the whole experience, my wife I know will be in contact for a refund. We have visited many times before, but definately not again. Summary - Boring, frustrating and expensive waste of time. There are many solutions to cater for varied experience and competence levels but not a single attempt was made to address this. Sorry, but its the truth!

The staff were brilliant when my daughter got scared and very stuck. They climbed up and helped her finish the course, otherwise we might still be there!

Our 2 children enjoy the Go Ape Tree Top Junior and have been a few times before. The only difficulty they have is that there is only one way round and therefore when there are children who go very slowly or have to be coaxed along by a parent, then they end up waiting around for a lot of their time!
