What can participants expect?

What are the delivery options?
Due to the ongoing postal strikes, the last postage date for gift vouchers to arrive before Christmas is Friday 16th December 2022. However, e-vouchers are available until Christmas Day and will be delivered straight to your email inbox.
During the check-out process, you can choose whether to receive a print at home E-voucher or a Gift Voucher delivered 1st Class for an additional £2.95.
Orders over £250 will require a signature. T&C's apply. Our Gift Vouchers are sent discretely to ensure all surprises stay secret and should be received in 3-5 working days.
How do I redeem the vouchers?
Head to our Book Now page and select the location and date you'd like to visit. When completing the booking, you'll need to enter your gift voucher code. Once the booking has been completed, we'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your visit. All bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking at least seven days in advance to ensure your chosen date is available.
Will the recipient of my gift need to pay the booking fee?
Yes, when the recipient of your gift voucher books their experience, they will be subject to the booking fee.
If you are purchasing a gift voucher and would like to cover the fee, please purchase an additional monetary voucher to the value of £3 which will offset the online booking fee.
