Go Ape Coventry is the first to offer the new, fully immersive Adventure Game activity. discover new high ropes at coombe abbey

We’ve thrown the thrill-factor book at our newest location. It’s a double whammy of treetop fun and stunning location. The famous "Capability" Brown designed the landscape so enjoy the unrivalled views of the beautiful park with its open grasslands, woodlands, deer park and open lakes. It’s home to one of the oldest and largest recorded heron nesting sites in Warwickshire and is a haven for other wildlife.

You could spend a week at Coombe! There are trails and walks to get you out and about in the 500-acres.

Have a wander around the formal gardens and arboretum, explore the Old Deer Park with stunning views of the Abbey and enjoy a sensory experience in the Wildflower Meadow.

There are two purpose-built play areas for the children – one at the visitor centre for the under 10s and a more challenging Climbing Forest for the over 8s with cargo nets and climbing posts. Bring a bucket and fishing net to discover what’s in the Pond Dipping Station. There are BBQ areas, picnic benches and a Café in the Park.

  • Great location (Coombe Abbey) and really great treetop circuit (Treetop Adventure +) We went as a large family group with kids and they were brilliant with the 8 year old who froze with fear over the zip wire. Dealt with very professionally. Couldn’t fault the staff. It was raining when we went but it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits. Going back in a couple of weeks without the kids to have a go on the tree top challenge. Would recommend to anyone

  • Brilliant afternoon at Coventry GoApe. Staff really helpful, great fun had by all. Thoroughly recommend and will be going again 😊

    Claire

  • Great experience, friendly staff. The tree top adventure was enjoyable for all the family- a 4 year old, 5 year old and 11 year old. Only point for improvement would be signage for the carpark and how to get to the actual venue from the parking. I found this a bit tricky as somebody who didn’t know Coombe park at all.

  • We had a great time at Go Ape in Coventry, everything was very straight forward and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids and adults had a blast up the trees and it was great that after our safety briefing we were mostly left to our own devices and could do it all at our own pace. Thanks to all the staff for a great day!

  • Held my 11 year old daughter’s birthday party at the Go Ape at Coombe Country Park in Coventry. Amazing day out, all the girls had a fantastic time doing the challenge course. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location.

  • Great fun activity & helpful staff.....beware though that car parking at Swinley Forest is a nightmare - was full up so had to drive around for 20 mins to find a spot! Make sure you allow enough time to get parked!!

  • The nets were clearly still being built. For £20, I would have expected it to be bigger, as my child got bored after 30 minutes, even when we did the super sonic time trial. Staff were very friendly.

  • Go Ape Coventry was amazing. My brother and I go every year for my birthday but usually go to the Cannock one. Chose to go to the Coventry one as it's a newer course and soooo glad we did 😍 will definitely be returning.
