If you’re looking for things to do with the kids in South London, our Battersea Park location will be a unique day out to remember. The beautiful 200-acre park has a relaxing riverside promenade and a large lake as well as sports facilities and play areas. The Adventure Playground is perfect for kids to teens aged 5 to 16 years old, while the Children's Playground next door has equipment designed with 1 to 7-year-olds in mind. The Toddlers' Playground (next to the Adventure Playground) is perfect for little ones under the age of 5.

Our Treetop Adventure Plus course, relaunched in 2025, suits kids aged between 6 to 10 years old, or anyone looking to get their head for heights before taking on Treetop Challenge (suited for 10 years and above). Get the whole family on the course, or cheer them on from the ground and watch their confidence grow as they take on each crossing.

Treetop Adventure Plus at Battersea Park

• Minimum age 6 years old and height 1.2 metres
• The safety system is a continuous belay, meaning one of the two clips (the ‘trolley’) is continuously attached from the start of the section to the end
• Under 16s must be supervised. One adult (18+) can supervise up to 8 children aged between 6 to 15 years old from the course or on the ground
• Duration: 1 hour

Cheer each other on as you and your friends steel your nerves for wobbly crossings and the Tarzan Swing, before finally try to nail that picture-perfect zipline landing. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking for fun and unique things to do with your friends in South London.

Treetop Challenge at Battersea Park

• Minimum height: 1.4 metres, recommended for 10 years and above
• The safety system is continuous belay
• Under 16s must be supervised. One adult (18+) can supervise four children aged 12 and under on the course, or eight children aged 13-15 years either from the course or on the ground
• Duration: 2-3 hours

• Toilets: There is a public toilet block approximately 100m away from our location.
• Parking: The closest car park is at Albert Bridge Gate, a seven-minute walk away on tarmac road or pavement. If this is full there is also The Rosary Car Park half a mile away, around a 10-minute walk on tarmac road or pavement.
• Seating: There are benches dotted around under the course, and a waiting area with benches by the cabin.
• Wheelchair-friendly areas: There are paved walkways around most of the site, and it is largely wheelchair friendly for spectators.

Adventuring is hungry work! Luckily Battersea Park has lots of refreshment options. The Pear Tree Café is a popular spot for both groups and families, offering café-style, seasonal food. Plus, next to our location is Putt in the Park, a 12-hole mini golf course with a restaurant selling delicious pizza. 

Close by is Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station, both have lots of great options for food and shopping.

• By train and tube: We’re close to Battersea Park Train Station, Clapham Junction Train Station and Battersea Power Station Tube, making public transport a great option.
• By bus: There are bus stops near the park for the 44, 137, 156, 344 and 452 as well as the 9, 319 and 345.
• By car: There are several car parks in Battersea Park, all Pay and Display. We are closest to Albert Bridge Gate and the car park there.
• By boat: Battersea Power Station Pier is a 20-minute walk through the park, served by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers.
