About us
Go Ape was founded in 2002 by Rebecca and Tristram Mayhew. It has grown to have 37 locations across England, Scotland and Wales with thrilling high ropes and forest floor adventures. Their mission to ‘Create adventures and encourage everyone to live life more adventurously’ continues to this day. In 2021, Go Ape proudly became employee owned.

Filming
In some cases we can arrange filming at our sites as long as it follows our safety rules and advice and doesn't disrupt our customers. Costs depend on the location and time of year. Our co-owners are usually very busy out and about in the forest so there may be a delay getting back to you during our peak season. See our terms and policies for more information.
