Keep Hydrated

Bring a refillable bottle — there are water points across our sites, and many are part of the Refill scheme. You can also pick up a bottle at the cabin if you forget yours. Keep sipping throughout your visit to stay sharp and energised.

Dress Smart

Light, breathable clothing is key.

  • Avoid heavy fabrics.

  • Apply SPF 30+ regularly.

  • Choose secure, closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops, sandals or heels).

  • Tie long hair back and skip hoop earrings or loose jewellery.
