Once you reach Buxton, follow the brown signs to Poole's Cavern.
We’re a 30-minute walk or short taxi or bike ride from Buxton train station, with direct trains from Manchester Picadilly. Several different buses are operating in the local area and surrounding towns or villages, but direct buses can also be taken from Manchester, Derby, Nottingham and Sheffield. The course is approximately an 18-minute walk from the marketplace where the majority of buses terminate.
What to wear and bring
Dress for fun in the forest! Closed, sturdy shoes are a must — no heels, slip-ons, flip-flops or Crocs (they might be comfy, but they're not adventure-proof). Keep your midriff covered so your harness sits over clothing, and tie back long hair — we don't want it catching in the treetops.
Oh, and trust us on this one — don't wear white. The forest floor has a sense of humour, and it doesn't play nicely with laundry day. Our adventures are great in all weathers, as long as you're prepared!
