Of course! We would love to help you celebrate. You can book your party activity online. There's even an option to add party bags which will be ready for you to collect on arrival or when you finish your adventure. If there are not enough spaces available in one session, please book more spaces in the subsequent session and you will then be able to go round the course together.
All of our locations have picnic benches around the forest or somewhere you can put a blanket to enjoy a birthday cake or a picnic with your group. Some of our locations have a forest shelter or party room which you can hire by calling 01603 895500.

You can book your party via the "book now" function on our website as you would with a regular booking. You will get the option to add party bags before you get to the checkout. To add a forest shelter, please call our booking line team at 01603 895500 or email us at [email protected].
If you are booking Treetop Adventure or Treetop Adventure Plus your party will be in the trees for 1 hour, but we recommend allowing up to 2 hours to include the harnessing, safety brief and certificate collection. If you have a Nets Adventure booking then you will be on the Nets for 2 hours.
We don't have a minimum or maximum number of people you can invite for a birthday party! It mostly depends on the capacity of the timeslots you wish to book and the availability of your chosen site. If your group size is larger than the capacity of your chosen timeslot, please send us an email at [email protected] with your enquiry and our customer care team can look into this for you.
Parking fees are not included in birthday party bookings as the parking is determined by the landowner of the site, not Go Ape.
Go Ape is an excellent wet weather activity. Our courses are substantially sheltered from rain and wind by the trees themselves so as long as you're appropriately dressed for the weather you should still have a great day. The course remains open in all weathers, except thick ice, thunderstorms and gales. Rain makes the course muddier than usual which can add to the fun, but you might want dry clothes to change into for the journey home.
If we have to close for unsafe weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule your adventure or offer a refund. If the weather is unsafe on the day we will update social media at the earliest opportunity to try and inform people before they leave home. We will also set about calling every customer with a booking, so please leave your contact number when making a new booking.
