How old do you need to be to Go Ape?

Published on: 11/07/2023

Go Ape is on a mission to encourage everyone to live life adventurously, regardless of their age. We don't put an upper age limit on our adventures- after all, there is no age limit on having fun!

Go Ape has adventures for everyone, from toddlers to great-grandparents, at 36 locations across the UK. But, not all of our adventures are suitable for everyone. Different activities have age, height, weight, and supervision restrictions to make sure all participants are safe and have an amazing day out in the forest.

Here’s your complete guide to how old you need to be to set off on a Go Ape Adventure!
