From your first enquiry, our Schools Team will support you every step of the way — from selecting the right activities to shaping a day that fits your learning objectives. Once we have your details, we’ll share a tailored quote with pricing, activity options, and a proposed itinerary.
When you’re ready to book, a 25% deposit secures your visit. Your dedicated account manager will then help finalise timings, group organisation, and any specific requirements. Four weeks before your trip, you’ll confirm numbers, and we’ll ensure everything’s ready for a seamless experience.
On the day, your students will take on new challenges, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork — all supported by our experienced instructors and on-site team. You’ll leave knowing your group has grown in more ways than one.
