From your first enquiry, our Schools Team will guide you through every step — from choosing the right adventure to planning your day. Once we have your details, we’ll send a tailored quote including pricing, activities, and a proposed itinerary.
When you’re ready to book, a 25% deposit secures your trip. The Events Co-Ordination team will then stay in touch to finalise timings, groups, and any special requirements. Four weeks before your visit, you’ll confirm numbers and dietary needs, and we’ll prepare everything for a smooth and stress-free day.
On the day itself, your class will enjoy a well-organised experience from start to finish — supported by our friendly instructors and on-site team. You’ll leave with smiles, stories, and a classroom full of new-found confidence.
