From your first enquiry, our Schools Team will support you every step of the way — from selecting the right activities to shaping a day that fits your learning objectives. Once we have your details, we’ll share a tailored quote with pricing, activity options, and a proposed itinerary.
When you’re ready to book, a 25% deposit secures your visit. The events co-ordination team will then stay in touch and help finalise timings, group organisation, and any specific requirements. Four weeks before your trip, you’ll confirm numbers, and we’ll ensure everything’s ready for a seamless experience.
On the day, your students will take on new challenges, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork — all supported by our experienced instructors and on-site team. You’ll leave knowing your group has grown in more ways than one.

Amendments can be made up to 28-days before your event date, just call your dedicated Events Coordinator on their direct line stated on your quote. Please note: if you're within 28-days to your event date, amendments are no longer permitted.
Yes, you'll need to complete risk acknowledgement forms for your group before your arrival on site. Completing the forms prior will ensure a quick start on the day.
Please note that the supervising adults visiting on the day will need to complete the risk acknowledgement forms and not the parents. Please only sign for children you are responsible for on the day and adhere to the supervision guidelines for your activity/age range as this will vary.

School trips start from £15 per pupil, with required supervisors going free. School rates apply Monday to Friday during term time. Contact us via our schools page, and we'd be delighted to send you a bespoke quote for your requirements.
