Treetop Challenge

How far will you dare to go? With the option to adjust the difficulty of this high ropes course, you can crank it up each time you complete a lap of our Treetop Challenge. Even for the most adventurous, this is a high one - 15-metres to be precise. The Stirrups require all of your core strength as you wobble from one to the next, while the aptly named Mallards Ladder makes for a suitably tricky ascent. If you’re looking for fresh ways to push yourself this course includes a number of new challenges including the Tank Trap and The Shuffle – plenty to get the blood pumping for the ultimate adrenaline rush.

practical information

  • Amazing day and so much fun

    Charlotte Norman

  • I really enjoyed my experience of Go Ape, as a 50+ Year old grandmother I must admit I did have to push myself through a few fear barriers but once I did the fun factor kicked in, my 14 year old daughter and her friend made it look easier than I did but I’m very proud of myself for finishing all 5 courses thank you Go Ape.

  • Great experience, staff very friendly, caring and attentive

  • We had a great day at go ape. The range of challenges up in the trees was fantastic. The zip wires really got the heart racing. Would highly recommend

  • Brilliant day out. Took about 2 hours to complete the course. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault any of it.

  • Excellent fun for parents & teens. Lots of zip wires and other fun sections. We were at the Forest of Dean Go Ape centre which has a lake, cafe & car park right next to it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the lack of signage as we didn’t approach it from Blakeney... something which could be easily fixed!
