We’re a short drive from the M4; exit at Junction 38 and follow the brown tourist signs to Margam Country Park. Please make sure you arrive around 30 minutes before your start time and allow plenty of time to park.
Nearby is Port Talbot Parkway station with connections from Swansea and Cardiff. This is a 10-minute bus ride (X1) followed by a 20-minute walk away. The bus stop is at the main road entrance to Margam Country Park.
What to wear and bring
Dress for fun in the forest! Closed, sturdy shoes are a must — no heels, slip-ons, flip-flops or Crocs (they might be comfy, but they're not adventure-proof). Keep your midriff covered so your harness sits over clothing, and tie back long hair — we don't want it catching in the treetops.
Oh, and trust us on this one — don't wear white. The forest floor has a sense of humour, and it doesn't play nicely with laundry day. Our adventures are great in all weathers, as long as you're prepared!
