  • We booked Go Ape for my son’s birthday party. Everything was really well organised. Booking was straightforward and the person on the phone was helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, check in was easy and efficient. The instructors were clear with rules - very important for a group of eight year olds- and everyone had a great time.

  • Easy and straightforward to book. I had to make a change which was done quickly and without any fuss or extra charge. The site is well organised and the staff friendly and efficient. The one draw back was that we were held up by someone who was not comfortable with one of the crossings and it took a while to resolve the problem. This meant lots of standing about. However the staff did allow us some more time to make up for it, although by this time the place was quite crowded.
