Discover high ropes adventures in Itchen Valley Country Park. Our self belay Treetop Challenge course has five sections of adrenaline-fueled obstacles with exhilarating zip wires up to 200m long. Take on daring challenges like our legendary Tarzan Swing and tricky ‘stirrups’ crossing. All of this surrounded by beautiful water meadows and woodland near the River Itchen.

Adults must supervise children between the ages of 10 to 15 years old.

Adults (18+) cannot simultaneously supervise children participating in Treetop Challenge and other high ropes activities such as Treetop Adventure and Treetop Adventure Plus.

Had such an amazing time at GoApe Southampton with my partner! It was honestly one of the most thrilling experiences I’ve ever had and helped me fear heights way less. The view from the top of the trees was absolutely stunning and made it all so worth it. Hayley, our instructor, was honestly the best — she was so lovely and made me feel really safe and at ease the whole way through. Couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re up for a bit of adventure and a lot of fun!
