Treetop Adventure

Shoot for the skies and land in the leafy treetop of Delamere Forest – families with younger children on the hunt for cheer and challenge will find it in our Treetop Adventure course. This is the one if you’re over 1m tall and ready to take on a multitude of tricky obstacles from the Stepping Stones to the Button Bridge. Be warned, the Criss Crossing is a toughie but the sense of freedom from the two zip wires will leave you all smiling for days. Book a trip you’re certain not to forget.

practical information

  • Really great hour with two 6 year old boys. Level 1 good intro to the fab (pretty challenging) level 2. Staff very friendly, helpful & working with a smile. On the zip wire landing be prepared for a bumpy land, not sure logistic of wearing helmets as I smashed my head pretty hard on one of my lands. Now have whiplash. Only mentioning it as if it was my 6 year old I would of been concerned. Great experience, 1 hr not quite long enough. 1.5 hr slots would really work for us.

  • 7 of us went on the junior course, four adults and three children aged 5, 7 and 8. We all really enjoyed it, even though it was the junior course it was still challenging in parts for adults. We all loved the zip wire and got to do it several times. I liked the way the hour experience only started after we had our harness on and had our safety instruction and a little practice. We managed to go round the course several times but it didn’t get boring it was still fun each time. All the instructors were really friendly and encouraging if children found parts of it difficult. The only negative is it is expensive for a family to do plus the parking is quite expensive at Delamere too.
