Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must check the box in the form above and enter their first name and e-mail address, before submitting the form.
2. The prize closes at 23:59 on Tues 27^th February 2024.
3. One entry per person.
4. One  lucky winner will be chosen at random from entries received before the prize draw closing date. The responses given in the survey have no bearing upon the prize draw.
5. Within 7 days of the competition closing the winner will be contacted by e-mail from an official Go Ape e-mail address with the domain goape.co.uk.
   1. In the event that the winner does not reply within 48 hours Go Ape has the right to select a different winner.
6. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
7. Go Ape employees and their family are not eligible to enter.
8. The prize is a Go Ape gift card with the value of £100.
   
   1. The prize will be delivered by e-mail to the winner's e-mail address.
   2. The gift card will be valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value.
10. We ask that the prize winner interacts with publicity surrounding the competition. The winner's name, Twitter handle, Instagram handle, or Facebook username may appear in the social media profiles and on websites owned and operated by the promoter.
11. By entering the competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
12. Your privacy is important to us. We take great care with how we collect, store and use your personal information and will not share or transfer your personal information without your prior consent except as set out in our Privacy Notice (https://goape.co.uk/privacy-policy).
