Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open from 00:01 16/09/2024, and closes at 23:59 28/02/2025.
2. One winner will be chosen by 07/03/2025.
3. The winner will be contacted by 14/03/2025 and must accept the competition prize within 10 days of being contacted.
   1. If the original winner does not accept the prize within 10 days an alternative winner will be selected.
4. Only one entry per school.
5. Entries must be submitted by an adult aged 18 and over.
6. Go Ape employees aren't eligible to enter.
7. The prize cannot be exchanged for the equivalent monetary value.
8. The prize is a Go Ape school trip for a class of up to 30 students.
   1. Additional participants may be added at cost to the winner.
   2. The winner can choose between the following Go Ape adventures for their prize; Treetop Challenge (continuous belay locations only), Treetop Challenge Xpress, Treetop Adventure, Treetop Adventure Plus, Nets Adventure.
   3. Prize redemption is subject to availability.
   4. The prize must be redeemed with 1 year of receipt.
   5. The winner is responsible for additional costs including but not limited to, travel, parking and catering.
   6. Additional activities provided by Go Ape can be added to the prize at cost to the winner and subject to availability.
9. By submitting an enquiry to enter the competition you consent to being contacted by Go Ape about school trips.
10. Schools with an existing school trip booked for 2025 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
11. We ask that the prize winner interacts with publicity surrounding the competition. The winner's name, schools name, social media handles and/or usernames may appear in the Go Ape social media profiles and Go Ape website (goape.co.uk).
12. Your privacy is important to us. We take great care with how we collect, store and use your personal information and will not share or transfer your personal information without your prior consent except as set out in our Privacy Notice.
