When treetop thrills meet Britain’s largest drive-through safari park you get some Go Ape magic. While the wallabies roam about below, you get to let loose in the trees above. Away from the hustle and bustle of the safari park you’ll find some peace in the treetops and as you swing and zip through this high rope challenge, enjoy the magical views over acres of animal reserves and beyond.

The Go Ape course is located inside the Safari parks leisure area, and Go Ape participants are free to explore it, we also offer Go Ape participants the opportunity to upgrade their booking to include access to the Road Safari.
 
Due to the course location access for observers is limited to one free Observer per booking. Please purchase any additional Observer entrances at £11 per person, this also includes access to the Safari Park’s leisure area. Any Observers wishing to do the road safari should not buy an observer ticket, but buy a full safari park ticket on the day instead.

UNLEASH YOUR WILD SIDE AT WOBURN

An hour’s drive from London, Oxford, Cambridge and Birmingham, you’ll find our award-winning Treetop Challenge. This beautiful safari park offers the ying and yang of outdoor adventure - push yourself both physically and mentally while experiencing a peaceful treetop retreat!

Once you’ve unharnessed, drawn your breath and are ready for more action you can head over to the safari park (an optional extra) and get even closer to the animals. There is a road safari, a foot safari and a number of leisure attractions including an outdoor play area, indoor soft play, a railway and pedalos boat ride on the park’s lake.

If once you’ve had your fill of safaris, you can then head over to Woburn Abbey and the Gardens which has 28-hectares of absolutely beautiful gardens, ponds and woodlands. Explore Deer Park on one of the public pathways.

And finally, when the day's adventure fun is over, you can head over to Woburn Village, a picturesque Georgian village and home to a number of great public houses and superb restaurants where you can grab a drink and enjoy a bite to eat with good conversation.

Know Before You Go

  • Wear sensible clothes for adventure. Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels. 
  • Gloves are a good idea. Either bring a pair or you can buy them at the cabin on the day.

  • Head over to the National Museum of Computing.
  • Double-up with a visit to Woburn Safari Park.
  • Bletchley Park, the home of the WW2 code breakers, is a short drive away.
