Definitions
‘Go Ape Annual Pass’ is also called ‘pass’ below.
‘Passholder’ is the person who has the pass.
‘Purchaser’ is the person who bought the pass.
1. Data
- We process and store the data you supply in relation to you or the passholder.
- We keep your information in our booking system and customer databases, operated by our hosting providers.

- By agreeing to the terms and conditions of our pass, you agree to our privacy policy.
2. Usage
- The pass start date is either from the point of purchase or a chosen set date within a month of the purchase date.
- All standard entry conditions apply to passholders.
- Activity supervision, age, weight and any other requirements apply. Please read our safety rules and advice for more information.
- There will be a booking fee for online bookings or future bookings made at the cabin using your pass.
- Purchasers will get a confirmation email with instructions on how to download their digital pass.
- If you also order a physical pass, this could take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change without notification and apply to all passholders.
- We reserve the right to withdraw Go Ape Annual Pass benefits, discounts and unlimited access temporarily or permanently without notice.
3. Misuse
- We will not tolerate misuse of the pass.
- Misuse includes sharing the pass, not attending a prebooked session, or any breach of supervision ratios or age restrictions.
- Misuse will result in the cancellation of your pass.
- If one account has multiple passes, this cancelation will apply to all passes on the account.
4. Booking cancellations
- More than 7 days before your visit, you can move your booking free of charge.
- Less than 7 days but up to 48 hours before your visit, you can move your booking for an additional booking fee.
- If you can no longer attend a session you’ve booked, contact [email protected] or call 01603 895500. Failure to let us know prior to your visit is considered misuse of the pass.
5. Location closures
- Our locations can be subject to closure at short notice, check online for the most up-to-date information.
- If the closure is determined by Go Ape, you’ll be able to rebook in future with the booking fee discounted. See our booking terms and conditions.
6. Pass purchase cancellation
- You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. There’s a £5 administration fee per pass to cancel within these 14 days. Postage is not refundable. As soon as your pass has been used, you are no longer entitled to a refund even if it is within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day cooling off period only applies to online purchases.
- Payment for passes purchased online is taken when you enter your card details.
- Your pass is valid from the day that it is processed or a set date within one month of the purchase date.
- Any refunds issued will only be made to the purchaser.
- Passes purchased in person are non-refundable.
- After 14 days, passes cannot be cancelled or transferred, and any outstanding validity cannot be refunded. Equally, any outstanding validity cannot be transferred to another person.
7. Access
- Access for passholders is determined by us and we reserve the right to amend access terms without notice.
- The pass is valid for access to all sites, for as many visits, up to 1 per day, from date of processing for one year during normal opening hours and subject to the standard terms and conditions of entry.
- Passholders are still required to book an activity slot.
- Passes are issued to an individual and are only valid when they contain a photograph of the holder.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to a passholder, even if the Go Ape Annual Pass is valid.
8. Treetop Adventure
- Pass allows the passholder one Treetop Adventure booking per day per location.
9. Treetop Adventure Plus
- Pass allows the passholder one Treetop Adventure Plus or Treetop Adventure booking per day per location.
10. Treetop Challenge
- Pass allows the passholder one Treetop Challenge, Challenge Plus, Treetop Adventure or Treetop Adventure Plus booking per day per location.
11. Nets Adventure
- Pass allows the passholder one Nets Adventure booking per day per location.
- One adult goes free offer still applies to under six passholder bookings. To activate this offer, add one adult to an under 6 passholder booking.
12. Booking with a carer

13. Exceptions
- Passes cannot be used as part of a school group booking.
- Passes cannot be used as part of any group visits planned by our inhouse events team.
- Passes cannot be used on special events such as, but not limited to, Sundown Adventures.
14. Gifting
- The Go Ape Annual Pass eVoucher is valid for 3 months, so the recipient must purchase their Go Ape Annual Pass within 3 months.
15. Renewal
- This is a trial with limited availability.
- If the pass is extended, the prices may be subject to change.
16. Offers
- Passes cannot be used in conjunction with vouchers or any other offer or discounts (such as activity bundles) unless we’ve stated otherwise.
- Any offers associated with the pass are valid for passholders only, not Go Ape Gift Vouchers unless otherwise stated in promotion terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to discount the cost of Go Ape Annual Passes without having to refund existing passholders.
- Passholders will get 10% off merchandise at onsite cabins or merchandise added to their online activity booking.
- Some of our locations sell a small amount of drinks and snacks from the cabin, and your pass will entitle you to 10% off. Cafes and other onsite venders are excluded. We reserve the right to close places where the passholder discount is valid at any time.
- We reserve the right to withdraw Go Ape Annual Pass benefits, discounts and unlimited access temporarily or permanently without notice.
