The whole thing is very well organised, you feel well prepared as you get to the first station when you're on your own. My 13 year old daughter had a fantastic time with her friends and enjoyed the experience of climbing high!

Although the safety briefing was good, I had taken a child who is hard of hearing. There was a disruptive child in the group so we had to ensure he had heard as the instructions were not very loud. There were a couple of long waits between obstacles due to a very young child being unable to cope. A little supervision from the instructors would have been welcome to prevent the 15 minute waits incurred.

Well I actually came to the wrong go ape! - I brought my daughter and her friend the adventure and when we arrived the staff were so lovely and actually transferred us from southampton go ape! Thank you both so much... the 2 girls loved the experience from start to finish. The group they were with everyone was lovely and James Robertson the host and member of staff looking after the group was outstanding- we had a hold up and he actually moved some of us to different site save us waiting longer than we had been - went out of his way infact all the staff were fab! I wouldn't hesistate in booking again ( the right area this time ) moors valley. Thank you my daughters 16th present was perfect! Site 5 was their favourite and zip wires. Many thanks to all staff

A nerve racking experience due to a very poor instructor with a severe lack of communication skills, particularly towards children.

Found the whole experience so expensive - considering we went round the course on our own and were not told there was a second course available until the end of our time - we were not impressed at all. Even got a parking ticket at the end as we had no idea we had to pay and display - it would have been really good for the welcome to include "have you paid and displayed?" - sorry but we will not be spending that much money on this experience again
