Your staff are your greatest asset. They really want everyone to have a great time. The guys were sooo very good with my little ones, they were kind, polite, patient, encouraging and inspiring. All the guys yesterday - not just one of them - were truly excellent. Well done Go Ape, we had a fabulous time.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Sherwood

25th July 2016

We turned up at Sherwood Pines and saw that you did a 'Junior' experience for kids >1 metre and having looked around thought that this was at a very low height (around 2 m). We only realised after all the safety and training that it was at virtually the same height as for adults, despite the fact that we were talking about it being lower. At this point my 7-year-old freaked out and didn't want to do it. The instructor, however, led him (or pulled him) around while he was crying and screaming to stop. The instructor also told us that there was only one way down via the zip wire. This totally traumatised my son and he will surely never try anything again. When I then asked if there was any chance of getting any kind of refund, as we had used about 10 mins of our allocated hour I was informed that becaused he had been forced to go down the zip wire then we wouldn't get anything. I subsequently heard from friends that this is not the only way down and that they could have let us go back down the steps!! Very bad service, information and customer aftercare. Not to be recommended for young children!!

TREE TOP ADVENTURE, Thetford Forest

I loved the extreme section of the trail and then sliding down at the end of each sections. I was also very pleased with how many different routes there were so you did not get stuck behind many people. I do not particularly love heights but I felt safe at all times of my experience.

My favourite part of the experience would have to be the Tarzan Swing at the end of the course. It was terrifying to be stood up there but it was so much fun.
