Woodpecker Walking Trail
Valley of the giants!
Embark on a journey of discovery and enter the 'Valley of the Giants' as you hike on the Woodpecker Walking trail bustling with wildlife and varied flora.
As you hike, you'll pass the magnificent Whittypear, a tree that stands tall and proud, a true testament to the resilience of nature.
Along the way, you'll come across Forestry England’s seasonal learning panels, which provide information about life in the forest.

Buzzard Walking trail
A woodland adventure.
This hike is perfect for those who want to explore the great outdoors and experience the tranquillity of the forest. Adventure through mixed woodland and forest pools as you embark on the longest of the three walking trails at 3 miles long, where you'll discover a diverse array of landscapes.
