Forest Segway
Glide Through Cannock Chase
A unique way to explore Cannock Chase as you take on winding trails with our off-road Segways.
Explore Cannock Chase in style as you take on an all-different kind of Go Ape adventure. Tackle obstacles from the forest floor rather than the tree tops as you take on winding woodland on our all-terrain Segways. Once you’ve aced the training, you’ll be off and exploring the stunning trails in this incredible Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This is a brilliant experience for adults and kids (over 7 stone) alike. Perfect for family days out, getting outdoors with your mates or for some forest ‘me time’. The experience starts with a safety briefing and time in the practice area, then it’s off into the trees! If the weather permits, we’ll head up to the enchanting Fairoak Valley and Pools.

All participants must weigh a minimum of 7 stone or 45kg. This is to enable the participant to be able to safely operate the Segway which is controlled through shifting your body weight. Anyone who does not meet this requirement may not be able to safely stop the machine which would put themselves and others at risk. The maximum weight is 18.4 stone or 117kg.
Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome on-site and must be kept on leads. Please note that dogs are not able to join you on the course, and some areas of the site may not permit dogs (such as the café or play areas).
Yes, you'll find a café near the entrance, serving drinks, snacks and light meals. Opening times may vary seasonally.

We have space for small items at the cabin, but belongings are left at your own risk. We recommend bringing as little as possible, and leaving any bags in your car if you drive to us.
Toilets are available next to the cafe near the entrance, just a short (2-3-minute) walk from our cabin. There are no toilets out on the course, so we recommend using them before starting your activity.
