Know Before You Go

What should I wear?

We suggest that you wear something you don’t mind getting grubby. Dress for the weather, so bring along a mac if it’s raining! Make sure your stomach area is covered. Please wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips. No sandals or slip-off shoes. You’ll need closed toe and heel shoes (with flat soles). Long hair must be tied back.

When do I need to arrive?

Make your way to the Go Ape cabin and be ready to get going on your Go Ape adventure at your booked time. Late arrivals that miss their session will be charged at full price.

Can I bring a camera?

Phones and cameras are permitted, as long as they always stay attached to the participant. Lanyards are available to buy from the cabin, subject to availability.

What is Tree Top Junior?

It’s a fun filled hour of canopy exploring, trail blazing and obstacles for all to enjoy. You’ll negotiate crossings and finish on a high (literally) with one awesome zip wire.

Can I go on as an adult?

If you want to join your little monkeys then just book yourself on. Bear in mind the course is designed for children so the safety cable won’t be quite where you'd like it.

Are there toilets?

Yes there will be, but they may be a little walk from the Go Ape cabin. Please allow some extra time for a toilet stop!

I loved it so much that I wanted to do another one! I could have stayed there all day. I went as a career for a little boy and now I be bringing the whole family and I will also bring my own family on a different occasion.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Dalby

29th August 2016

I took my 8 year old grandson to Dalby Forrest for Tree Top Junior. He had a fantastic time , so did I although obviously things are set up for smaller people such as the height of guide wires. I'm not a great lover of heights and started out with some well hidden trepidation. Didn't want my grandson to see me quivering in my boots, lol, however we both had a fantastic time. Thank you.

I took my friend who was scared of heights and by stage 4 she had the biggest smile on her face, it was wonderful for us to do it together. I'd highly recommend anyone to visit for a fun packed time, all the staff were amazing and really made our weekend in the lakes.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Moors Valley

29th August 2016

Great experience for children from 3 to 10 and pretty good for adults too! Staff are attentive and will always help anyone in real difficulty keeping the whole thrill going. Zipwire is a favourite with many but the challenge is to try and land running and staying upright

Great satisfaction completing the course and conquering fears. Thrilled and exhausted at the same time. Looking forward to a well earned LARGE glass of wine

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Delamere

29th August 2016

The grandchildren really enjoyed their second visit to go ape. However, I feel that this was despite the rather bored and and frankly unfriendly attitude of the staff on the day. This compared unfavourably with our previous visit last year.
