how to get here

things to do in southampton

know before you go

  • Wear sensible clothes for adventure.
  • Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels.
  • Gloves are a good idea. Either bring a pair or you can buy them at the cabin on the day.

Make A Day of It

  • Relax, unwind and tuck into some tasty food at the Woodland Café.
  • Let the children blow off steam in the adventure playgrounds.
  • Test your sense of direction on one of the orienteering trails.
  • Took our Grandchildren here on the last day of Half Term. They had been to Go Ape elsewhere and thought it might be a bit babyish for them. They were wrong and really enjoyed. The staff on site were brilliant and really helped them with the enjoyment.

  • I attended Go Ape Southampton on 24/11/18 with 3 of my girlfriends to celebrate my birthday! Considering we aren’t particularly adventurous nor had we experienced anything quite like it before... we absolutely loved it! Ryan was our guide and he made our day. We would recommend researching the location prior to booking as the courses vary in difficulty and height (!) this is something we should have done as we didn’t expect it to be so high - nevertheless, Ryan was very patience with us and encouraged us to push ourselves, without his encouragement we wouldn’t have got as far as we did (we didn’t complete all 5 courses - maybe next time!) We would highly recommend and have already sparked interest in our friend groups. Thanks again Ryan :)

  • Our children ranging from age 6 to 12 absolutely loved Go Ape. The staff were very patient and pleasant. We used the junior course which was perfect for the age group. I would definitely recommend.

  • We took my son and a group of friends for his birthday. All the kids had a great time and loved the course. The staff were friendly and really good with the kids. We had a couple who were nervous at various stages and the staff dealt with them really well, helping them to get past their fears. The only things stopping 5 stars was the number of people on the course. At times it felt a little busy and overcrowded on parts of the course.

    Happy Customer
