Tree Top Adventure

With zip wires 160 metres in length, a hair-raising 17 metre crossing and so much more, you won't leave Wyre Forest disappointed with your decision to get outdoors. This two-to-three hour course has something for everyone. Try to keep steady and put your best foot forward on our tough Stepping Stones. One of our most challenging obstacles, you’ll make your way across swaying wooden planks – suspended 14 metres in the air!

This kids high ropes course is loop after loop of crazy crossings and aweosme obstacles. A fun filled hour of canopy exploring, trail blazing and obstacles for all to enjoy at Wyre Forest. Their confidence will reach new heights as they spend an hour conquering wobbly bridges and awesome zip wires. Keep an eye out for the Flying Carpet on Loop 2, located above the cabin, at 10 metres high you'll want to catch this moment on camera.

  • Wear sensible clothes for adventure
  • Footwear must be sturdy and suitable for the outdoors. No sandals, slip off shoes, open toes or heels.
  • Gloves are a good idea. Bring a pair or buy them at the cabin on the day.
  • Bring some change for parking

    Remember some change for parking at Wyre. Charges depend on the duration of your visit, and are slightly higher at peak times (weekends, bank holidays and school holidays).


  • Hire a bike or bring your own to discover the scenic trails
  • Let your little monkeys loose on the children's play area
  • Keep your eyes peeled for the diverse wildlife
  • Visit the Forest Café, the perfect spot for a bit of chill time

Three miles west of Bewdley on the A456. Follow brown Forestry Commission signs from Kidderminster. Look out for the Forestry Commission "Wyre Forest Visitors Centre" and you're sure to find Wyre Forest.

Bus routes 192/292 operate between Birmingham and Ludlow.

Opening Times

Our forest doors at Wyre are open nearly all year around so there's plenty of time to live life adventurously. 

However, we usually close after early December as not only does it get a little chilly we like to give our adventures a little TLC during this time.
