Know Before You Go

Can I go on as an adult?

If you want to join your little monkeys then just book yourself on. Bear in mind the course is designed for children so the safety cable won’t be quite where you'd like it.

What is Tree Top Junior?

It’s a fun filled hour of canopy exploring, trail blazing and obstacles for all to enjoy. You’ll negotiate crossings and finish on a high (literally) with an awesome zip wire.

I'm afraid of heights!

If you’re worried about your knees knocking and your arms trembling – never fear; Go Ape is here and we are proud to have helped lots of people conquer their fear of heights. Why not give it a try – you might surprise yourself!

TREE TOP ADVENTURE, Delamere

22nd March 2017

I found the staff very helpful and friendly and above all non-judgemental which was quite important for me and my friends as we were scared of heights and not very fit. We were not made to feel as if we were not good enough for this course but supported to have a good experience.

Really easy to book and everyone we spoke to very helpful. Would be good to be able to speak to someone actually at the location we wanted to book at but did not affect the overall experience. We booked for our daughters 7th Birthday party so 10 children all loved it even tho they were not all happy when they started there was smiles all round at the end.

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Black Park

22nd March 2017

The staff at Black Park were great - when our children had a 'wobble' on the high bits one member of staff talked them through it and got them moving again and he didn't mind us asking to help time and time again! thank you for a very good hour of fun!

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Alexandra Palace

22nd March 2017

Unfortunately my 12 year old and 9 year old got stuck behind a 5 year old girl who was really, really slow (no fault of her own, she was small and scared). It took the instructors 10 minutes to persuade her to go on the zip wire alone, all the while lots of people are waiting behind her. This resulted in my children only getting around the course once (you should be able to get round 3/4 times) and it being really quite slow and boring for them. It was also dangerous as too many people were on the platforms as the queue behind got bigger and bigger. The manager and assistant manager (Mary and Luke I think) were very understanding and gave us a money off voucher for our next visit. If you let small children on it is inevitable this log jam will occur and there needs to be some thought and plans in place to fix it if/when it happens.

TREE TOP ADVENTURE, FOREST SEGWAY, Moors Valley

21st March 2017

Segway was excellent easier than what I thought, the course was testing but a good mix so tests your skills. Tree top was a great challenge for me and my wife, was brilliant, scary in places but the zip wires made up for the hard climbs, overall a great day.
