ReVIEWS & FEEDBACK

Clancy

TREE TOP JUNIOR, Wyre

23rd August 2016

My sons, aged 9 and 10 loved their experience. My youngest has been diagnosed as autistic and the eldest with Aspergers. Staff took this information in their stride and allowed the boys to be independent, encouraging when necessary and giving genuine praise. We loved seeing them so happy and willing to give it a go, and seeing them treated the same as the other children by your fabulous staff. Many thanks!

We thought the staff were all brilliant - very welcoming and enthusiastic - really looked after you. My husband and children loved it however I struggled a bit with course no 2 on the tarzan swing. I think it would be a good idea to give a description of the whole route before you set off as there is no way out!

TREE TOP ADVENTURE, Leeds Castle

23rd August 2016

I had a good experience with booking on the phone and the staff were great on the day. The only down side to my experience was that I booked a group of 16 for my sisters hen do and when I booked I was told we would have to be on two groups of eight as we were a large party. I was told we would be one after the other so it wouldn't make any difference. When I arrived I found we has six others added to each of our groups meaning we could have been in a group all together. It also meant that we weren't able to complete the course as a group. The only explaination from staff on the day was that I must have been mistaken on the phone and that there was nothing that could be done. This was disappointing and a little rude. We still had a great time but put stress on the experience as I was organising it and made me feel let down by the booking process. As your booking is a call centre you need them to liaise with the locations to smooth things out and provide a seamless service.

TREE TOP ADVENTURE, Thetford Forest

23rd August 2016

Too many people going at once, every time you climb from tree to tree you have to wait for five minutes for other people to climbe. Tracks are really short and on the last bit we had to wait about 1h20min in the queue!!! This was really disappointing compare with other go ape places that we have been.
