Head to our gift vouchers page to order a gift voucher. You can order a monetary gift voucher or experience voucher to be sent either by email or post. If you wish to send the voucher by post, please double check you have entered the correct postal address and selected a postal voucher. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery by post.

Simply enter your gift card number into the box on the 'Check My Voucher' page to see your balance.

Choose your adventure and head to the checkout page. There you'll be able to enter your voucher number into the 'Discount code or Voucher' box.

Gift vouchers purchased from Go Ape are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, apart from some Special Gifting Vouchers.

You can find the expiry date on the voucher. Your voucher must be used before this date, but you can use it to book any future session available on our website.

That's ok, you don't need to visit before the expiry date you just need to make your booking whilst your voucher is still valid. Once the voucher has expired, you will no longer be able to use it.

Physical gift vouchers are posted for £4.95 and sent via Second Class delivery. This cost is added at checkout when you choose the physical voucher option.
